We are so confident in our level of service that we do not lock customers into a long-term contract. We have a simple agreement with 15-day notice to terminate your contract.

We specialize in office and commercial cleaning including professional medical clinics, light industrial, and business offices, but do not do residential cleaning.

Commercial cleaning services are highly customizable. Since each office is unique, our team will perform an on-site survey in order to create a custom cleaning schedule and pricing structure specifically tailored to your business unique needs.

We can give you a general idea of the cost based on your needs and the square footage of your space, and what services you require. But an in-person appointment is the best way for us to provide an accurate pricing structure.

You will see consistently the same crew cleaning in your facility. We only use well trained cleaners and there will be very little turn-over in that crew or person. It’s means most customers have the same person assigned to their account for many years.

The operations person assigned to your account conducts routine inspections in your facility to find any deficiencies and correct them before they become an issue. The assigned operations person would be your point of contact for all matters regarding your account.

We are not a franchise. We are a family-owned operated company with over 5 years of professional cleaning experience. The owners of the company are available to speak with you whenever the need arises.

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Check, ACH, Wires. We bill on a monthly cycle and invoice through email.

No, we do not charge for estimates. If you are interested in cleaning services for your business, please call us or send a request to set up an appointment. One of our cleaning supervisors will come to your business to perform a free assessment. As part of your estimate, we will customize a cleaning plan and checklist of services that would fir your specific needs. You will hear back from us with your estimate within 24 hours of the assessment.

Yes! All of our employees are screened with background checks, personal reference checks, insured and bonded before they enter your business.

We offer you the choice of using your cleaning supplies or ours.

Yes, we do! If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning visit, we will send a supervisor to solve any problems right away. Basically, you don’t have to pay for cleaning you’re not happy with.
