Moses Quiterio is the Founder and Director of Operations at Northern Star Commercial Cleaning. With over 10 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry, along with an MBA and a Master’s degree in the Humanities, Moses combines strategic leadership with a strong passion for developing people—whom he considers the core of the business.

Throughout his career, Moses has led and trained large, multi-location teams, implementing consistent quality standards, structured processes, and continuous improvement practices that ensure reliable results and low employee turnover.

At Northern Star, he oversees daily operations, conducts on-site walkthroughs, trains staff, and maintains direct communication with clients to guarantee the highest level of service. His hands-on leadership style, guided by strong family values and a people-first mindset, has helped Northern Star become a trusted cleaning partner for churches, offices, schools, banks, and businesses throughout Jacksonville and the surrounding areas.

Veronica Quiterio is the Client Relations and Customer Service Lead at Northern Star Commercial Cleaning, where she plays a vital role in building strong relationships between clients and cleaning teams. A true people person, Veronica is known for her ability to listen, communicate clearly, and create genuine partnerships rooted in trust, consistency, and professionalism.

With a natural talent for understanding client needs and identifying potential challenges before they arise, Veronica helps develop customized, efficient solutions that support long-term client satisfaction. She works closely with clients on a daily basis—handling service requests, coordinating special projects, providing updates, and ensuring every detail is executed with care and precision.

In addition, Veronica maintains constant communication with the cleaning teams to align expectations, reinforce service standards, and promote a positive, motivated work environment.
