Do I have to sign a long-term contract with Northern Star Commercial Cleaning?

Our contracts are based on an initial one-year term. We provide an annual contract review to account for any changes in your requirements or updates due to legislative changes. We specialize in office and commercial cleaning including professional medical clinics, light industrial, and business offices, but do not do residential cleaning.

How much are commercial cleaning services?

Commercial cleaning services are highly customizable. Since each office is unique, our team will perform an on-site survey in order to create a custom cleaning schedule and pricing structure specifically tailored to your business unique needs.

Can you give me a cleaning estimate over the phone?

We can give you a general idea of the cost based on your needs and the square footage of your space, and what services you require. But an in-person appointment is the best way for us to provide an accurate pricing structure.

Will the same cleaners clean our building each time?

You will see consistently the same crew cleaning in your facility. We only use well trained cleaners and there will be very little turn-over in that crew or person. It’s means most customers have the same person assigned to their account for many years.

Is Northern Star Commercial Cleaning a franchise?

We are not a franchise. We are a local, family-owned operated company with over 10 years of professional cleaning experience. The owners of the company are available to speak with you whenever the need arises.

How will the service delivery be managed?

You will be assigned a dedicated contract management team, serving as your primary points of contact throughout the duration of the contract. Our team will conduct regular visits, meeting with you as needed, auditing standards, ensuring the welfare of our staff, and performing all necessary Health & Safety checks. We tailor our management approach to suit your specific needs, providing you with access to our experts in Health & Safety, Sustainability, and Development & Wellbeing.

Are your employees screened with background checks?

Yes! All of our employees are screened with background checks, personal reference checks, insured and bonded before they enter your business.
